Just as students at the Boston Collegiate Charter School energetically come to class ready to challenge their minds in the pursuit of higher education readiness, TERVA has its own ambitious syllabus - to execute a key assignment as owner’s project manager with minimal disruption to the flow of learning.
A timely task
Following a phased approach based on academic schedules, the scope of work spans across the middle and high school campuses at 11 Mayhem Street as well as the elementary school at 215 Sydney Street. Significant improvements are underway and ongoing, including repointing and roof repairs—in addition to mechanical upgrades to the HVAC systems.
In just one and a half years, TERVA will complete the comprehensive undertaking, all while managing an adjacent project for the Boston Collegiate Charter School to convert a former residential property into a parking lot and outdoor learning spaces.
