TERVA provided Owner’s Project Management services for the enabling phases and design of the 11-story City Hall Annex renovation. This historical renovation project is the oldest property continually held by the City of Boston.

With the interior demolished and the historic facade stabilized, the design will install new windows, MEP infrastructure, and elevators. The remaining scope will completely overhaul the outdated offices and archive areas.
