Exhaust Fan Replacement

Harvard University reached out to the TERVA Engineering Team to assist with the replacement of the exhaust fan in the Lyman Laboratory. The fan was well past its expected life span.

Finding the Right Solution

After meeting with a Testing and Balance Consultant to obtain full information on the performance of the exhaust fan and then working with the vendor on fan selections, the TERVA Engineering Team determined that replacement in kind of the fan with an added coating to reduce rusting was the best solution. Next steps towards successful completion of this project … preparation of construction drawings and bid.
