Conant Balskus Laboratory

The Harvard University Conant Balskus Lab is a critical environment for researching microbes, microbiomes, and approaches that integrate microbiology and chemistry.

Room for Research and Discovery

With their experience in commissioning lab projects, the TERVA Team was brought in for the Conant Balskus Lab Project which involved a large fit-out including the renovation of several areas - chemistry lab, office space, Tissue Culture Room, Cold Rooms, Autoclave, and chemical storage spaces. The major systems included in the scope of the project were HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting Controls, and Fume Hoods. With a hands-on approach, the TERVA Team performed pre-functional checkout reviews, 100% control device point-to-point commissioning functional testing, and trend reviews.
