UMASS Medical New Education and Research Building Celebrates Topping Off Ceremony

TERVA is proud and excited to be a part of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School New Education and Research Building Project. The Topping Off Ceremony celebrated a major milestone as work continues on the nearly $350 million building that is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024. The topping-off ceremony is a traditional ceremony held when the last beam is placed atop a structure during construction.
