As a Project Manager at TERVA, Marc is responsible for shepherding projects through their full lifecycle from concept to closeout. He brings a diligent work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a fast-learning mind to all his projects. Marc has developed a particular skillset for project planning, gathering input and feedback from all stakeholders, and building comprehensive project programs and budgets. He is experienced in project planning, mobilization, execute, and oversight of safety and quality standards. His coordination and communication skills are the best in class and the acknowledgments he has received from clients are a testament to his temperament and ability to work with all parties to bring about an excellent implementation of the construction project. 

Informing his role as an Owner’s Project Manager, Marc has 11 years of field experience in various construction venues, with specific work history as a carpenter and cabinet maker where he designed and developed shop drawings and oversaw the fabrication and installation of high-end custom cabinetry.
