As a principal healthcare architect with 40 years of experience, Fletcher brings tremendous experience to the TERVA Team.

Fletcher has held principal and equity partner positions at several nationally ranked Architecture and Engineering firms, including EwingCole, Burt Hill, NORR, and HDR where he led client relationships with the full spectrum of healthcare facilities, including small federally qualified health centers and community hospitals, as well as tertiary level academic medical centers. He has led healthcare architecture practices, has taught architectural programming at Drexel University’s School of Architecture, and has given expert subject matter talks at national conferences.

Fletcher’s professional experience has put him in the lead role in the full spectrum of healthcare delivery enterprises, ranging from Critical Access Hospitals to nationally recognized major academic health systems and research hospitals. He leads the critical workshops with clients during the defining stages of the project, bringing a unique process to help our clients succeed with Evidence Based Design and Lean Process Improvement.  During the design and through construction phases, Fletcher remains an advisor and client advocate working to contain cost and manage the quality of the built solution.
