Dipti is a competant, fast learning Project Manager on the TERVA Team. She possesses the knowledge, experience, confidence, and professionalism to engage and interact with all project design professionals, GC/CM, and client while successfully directing the Site crew and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule, and budget. 

As an Assistant Project Manager at TERVA, Dipti is involved in and monitors all stages of a project lifecycle from inception through closing and delivers projects on time, on budget and that exceed expectations. She manages multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment. With her experience and a Master’s Degree in Project Management with a concentration in Construction Management from Northeastern University, Dipti has strong analytical and organizational skills, always takes initiative, is persistent when needed, and works well independently or as part of team.

In her former role, Dipti assisted with internal and external parties in relation to contract management and compliance, providing administration of the Northeastern University procurement, professional service agreements and associated activities.
