Devon is a Commissioning Project Lead on the TERVA Engineering Team. He has worked on the commissioning of over 20 school and municipal projects throughout Massachusetts. Devon is skilled in analyzing construction and controls drawings, specifications, and sequence of operations to plan for project efficiency. He is adept at design reviews, testing plans and field tests, and scheduling for successful project outcomes. He is also well-versed with the LEED and MSBA accreditation protocol and process. Devon’s methodical approach to each project, along with his excellent communication and organizational skills, provide him with the tools necessary to handle extensive and intricate commissioning projects. With his technical skills, knowledge of multiple programs and systems, and desire for a sustainable environment, Devon is an integral member of the project team.
