Bryce has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and is an integral member of the TERVA Team. With his excellent communication and leadership skills, strong work ethic, and personal approach, Bryce develops relationships with the entire project team, fosters a collaborative environment, and promotes efficiency to effectively accomplish project goals. Bryce began his career as a laborer/operator working in the field and advanced to foreman and site representative. His field and technical knowledge, along with a process-driven methodology, establishes a baseline for productivity and positive outcomes. As a member of the TERVA Project Management Team, Bryce will be responsible for day-to-day onsite supervision, managing scope of work, attendance at meetings, reporting requirements, and to ensure the project progresses in a timely manner to achieve successful completion.
